This workshop will cover all things sword balance :

• Head

• Hand

• Shoulders

• Hips

While working with bellydance movements such as:​

• layering

• travelling

• turns

This workshop is geared towards building strong, confident Sword balancing skills while dancing.

What you need: 

Sword 

Dont have one you can use a cane, a rod or a book .   If  you are local, drop me a message I have a few I can put out on loan.
